OR
B.C.A  from  a  recognized  University/  Institution  as  a  regular  student having proficient knowledge of Unix/Linux/Ubuntu, Php, JAVA, RDBMS packages  like  PostgreSql  and  MySql,  with  minimum  four  (4)  years experience  in  any  Institution  or  any
other  establishment  or  corporation or  under  taking  or  any  other  department  in  the  sphere  of  Software Development    by    the    use    of    Open    Source    Technology    i.e. Unix/Linux/Ubuntu,    Php,    PostgreSql,   MySql   with    knowledge   of Networking and troubleshooting.
(b) Desirable Qualification:-
Proficient   in   troubleshooting   Information   Technology   equipments,Remote   Server   Management,   Cloud   Computing,  Network   Hardware handling, Installation and good exposure of configuring Network Servers, Switches  and  offering  all  kinds  of Maintenance,  network  and  support services.
(2)Disqualification  for  appointment:-
A  person  shall  not  be  eligible  for appointment :-
(a)if he is not a citizen of India;
(b)if he has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude or he is or  has  been  permanently  debarred  or  disqualified by  the  High  Court  or the  Union  Public  Service  Commission  or  any  State  Public  Service Commission from appearing for examinations or selections conducted by it;
(c)if he directly or indirectly influences the ‘Selection Committee’ by any means for his candidature.
(d)if he is involved in any kind of criminal case whether convicted or charge-sheeted.
(3)  Condition  relating  to  suitability,  fitness  and  character-No  person recommended for selection by the Selection Committee shall be appointed:-
(a) unless the Appointing Authority is satisfied that he is of good character and is in all respects suitable for appointment to the service;
(b)unless he is certified by the medical authority specified by the High Court that  he  is  medically  fit  to  discharge  the  duties  of  the  post  for  which  he  is selected.
(4) Tenure: –
All  appointments  to  the  posts  shall  be  purely  on  contractual  basis  initially for   6   (six)   months.   The   tenure   may   be   extended   further   as   per policies/guidelines. However, the term may be terminated at any time, if the incumbent is found lacking.
(5)Job Profile:-
a.Software Development.
b.Server Management.
c.LAN/WAN Network configuration, Network/Server Security, Firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
d.Remote/Virtual Server Management.
e.Cloud Computing.
f.Any other work assigned by the Authority.
(6)Wages:-The   Software   Programmer   will   be   entitled   for   fixed   monthly emoluments of Rs. 35,000/-per month.
(7)Selection  Procedure:-

  • To ensure proper control, review and feedback, analyze various business proposals/deals including acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, joint ventures in the legal context. Participate in drafting of Agreements and ensuring all compliances including legal due diligence.
  • To provide legal input and advice on implementation of various policies and rules, etc.
  • To advise Manageme nt appropriately on legal agreements and contracts, whenever required by coordinating and maintaining good relations with various internal and external bodies, including statutory authorities, Government Agencies, etc. Supervise the process of managing act ivities related to any legal cases of the Company.
3(b)Manager IT
a) Good domain knowledge of  Financial Services or Retail Banking .
b) Co-ordinate with Vendors for managing support systems and IT hardware of the CBHFL ( network devices, desktops, E Mail System, Web site and Application )
c) Preparation and Evaluation of RFPs for IT Department.
d) Conduct training to the end users (Branch operation team) at frequent intervals.
e) Prepare incident /defect/ system gaps reports to Senior management at regular intervals.
