Applications are invited from married/ unmarried male and unmarried female Engineering Graduates
and also from Widows of Defence Personnel for grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army in all Arms/ Services. Course commencing in October 2016 at Officers Training Academy (OTA),Chennai, Tamil Nadu. :

•     47th SSC (Technical) for Men :  100 posts in various Engineering streams, Age : 20-27 years
•     18th SSC (Technical) Women : 10 posts in various Engineering streams, Age : 20-27 years
•     Widows of Defence Personnel : 01 post, Age : 19-29/20-31 years

Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400 and MPS Rs.6000/-

Junior Commission Officer vacancy in Army - last date 31st Dec-2015

Become a Junior Commission Officer (JCO) (Religious Teacher) in the Army (RT Pandit, RT Padre and RT Maulvi) Courses 80,81 and 82

Applications are invited from male candidates only for recruitment as Junior Commissioned Officer (Religious Teacher) for RRT 80, RRT 81 and RRT 82 course in the Indian Army who fulfill the following eligibility criteria :

    JCO Religious Teacher : 85 posts (Pandit-74, Pandit (Gorkha) -1, Maulvi (Shia) - 1, Granthi-4, Padre-2, Bodh Monk -3)
    Age : 27-34 years for civilian  and 25-34 for remustered candidates on 01/01/2016.
    Physical Standard: As applicable to the regular army [Height-155cm, Weight-50Kg, Chest - 77 cm, Candidate should be able to run one mile in eight minutes.
    Pay Scale : JCO will get the pay scale of Naib Subedar of Rs. 9300-34800/-
