Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject OR B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. in Computer Science OR B.C.A. OR B.Sc. in Computer Applications from a recognised university.
Age Limit (as on 01-07-2018): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years

Educational Qualification:
For Teacher/Special Educator (Primary): Candidates should have passed 10+2 from a regonised board. Two-year Diploma/Certificate Course in Elementary Teacher Education Course/Junior Basic Training or equivalent or Bachelor of Elementary Education from a recognized institution. Candidates must have passed Hindi and English as secondary level subjects and must have qualified CTET.
For TGT: Candidates should have passed a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Candidates must have qualified CTET from CBSE.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2017):
For Teacher/Special Educator (Primary): Maximum 30 years
For TGT: Maximum 32 years

Selection Process:
Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of One Tier and Two Tier Examinations and Skill Test.

Application Fee:
General/Ex-servicemen/OBC Candidates have to pay Rs. 100 through SBI e-pay ONLY. Other candidates don’t have to pay any fee.

CBSE Teacher Eligibility Test - 28th Dec-2015

Central Teacher Eligibility Test   (CTET)  Feb-2016 for Primary/ Elementary Teachers

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi will be conducting the 9th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes I to VIII on 21/02/2016. Candidates can apply On-line for CTET  Feb-2016 on CBSE/ CTET website .

Application Fee  :  Rs.600/- for only paper -I or II (Rs.300/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) OR  Rs.1000/- for both papers  (Rs.500/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) through Debit/Credit Card or download Payment Challan for payment in the designated accounts of Syndicate Bank/ e-Post Office in favor of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi.
