1.  Scientific Officer 'E'(Computer): 01 Post, Pay Scale : PB-3 : 15,600-39,100 grade pay Rs.7,600/- , Initial Basic pay: 29,500/-
2. Scientific Officer 'D'(Civil): 01 post, Pay Scale : PB-3 : 15,600-39,100 grade pay Rs.6,600/- , Initial Basic pay: 25,350/- 
3. Scientific Officer 'D'(Electrical): 01 post, Pay Scale : RS : 15,600-39,100 grade pay Rs.6,600/- , Initial Basic pay: 25,350/-
4. Scientific Officer 'C'(Civil & Electrical): 04 post, (UR-02/OBC-01/SC-01), Pay Scale : Rs : 9,300-34,800 grade pay Rs.4,600/- , Initial Basic pay: 17,140/-
5. Scientific Assistant 'C'(Mechanical,Electrical & Computer/Telecommunication): 05 post, (UR-04/OBC-01), Pay Scale : RS : 9,300-34,800 grade pay Rs.4,200/- , Initial Basic pay: 13,500/-
6. Technician (Computer/Telecommunication): 02 post, Pay Scale : RS : 5,200-20,200 grade pay Rs.2,400/- , Initial Basic pay: 9,910/-
